If you have an Intel integrated graphics you can not play, this is one of the great mantras that has been maintained for many years in the technology industry, and the truth is that at the time it made a lot of sense. Remember for example the Intel GMA X3000 integrated GPUs, a generation with such low performance that they were unable to run almost any game of their time without turning it into a slideshow.
As time went on the classic Intel integrated graphics experienced a remarkable evolution at the architectural level, and little by little it went from being an almost anecdotal element, with which we could only aspire to basic tasks and light multimedia content, to becoming a solution quite competent even in gamesprovided that we are aware of their limitations, obviously, since in the end we cannot forget that these are integrated GPUs, and that it does not make sense to expect from them the performance of a dedicated GPU.
This issue is important because, although it may not seem like it, there is actually a very large base of gamers who use an Intel integrated graphics for gaming. The latest Steam hardware and software survey confirms that 1.09% of respondents had an Intel integrated graphics, 0.86% used an Intel Iris Xe, and 0.62% used an Intel UHD 620, we have a result of 2.57%, a figure that exceeds the percentage of gamers using a GTX 1660 Super on that platform.
We cannot underestimate the weight that these solutions have when we talk about gaming, but is it really possible to play with them in an acceptable way? The answer is a resounding yes, although this will depend on the exact model of Intel integrated graphics we havethe answer is a resounding yes, although this will depend on the exact Intel integrated graphics model we have, the configuration of our computer, the game we want to use and the screen resolution.
In general, Intel’s older integrated graphics solutions, such as HD 520 and earlier, which were used in a variety of Core Gen6 processors, only offer an acceptable experience at HD resolutions (720p) with low to medium qualities in most cases, and as long as we use Xbox 360 and PS3 generation games. However, with the new Intel Iris Xe, used in Core Gen12 processors, it is possible to run even current titles in 1080p, as long as they have good driver support, and are not too demanding.
The wide variety of integrated solutions from the chip giant that exist today makes it difficult to draw up an accurate list of games that, to a greater or lesser extent, can work well with such a component. However, this has not prevented us from giving shape to this article, where we are going to share with you a selection with 30 games that work well with an Intel integrated graphics. For the avoidance of doubt I confirm that all the games we are going to see run smoothly on a computer configured with:
- Core i7-6700 quad-core, eight-thread processor.
- intel HD 530 integrated graphics.
- 8 GB of dual-channel RAM.
- Windows 10 as operating system.
If we have a more powerful computer with, for example, an integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics card and 16 GB of RAM the experience will be much better with all the games we have selected. In case you have an inferior solution, such as an Intel HD 4600, for example, many of them will work, but the experience might not be good unless you lower the resolution below 1,280 x 720 pixels, something that will ruin the image quality too much and is therefore not recommended.
1.-Streets of Rage 4
It is one of the best “beat em up” games that exist today on PC, and we can play it without any problem with an integrated Intel HD 530 graphics, since its 2D finish is not demanding at all at GPU level. However, thanks to its style and artistic design, it is not at all demanding on the GPU it has a technical and visual finish that, in general, is very attractive.
Highly recommended overall, whether you’re a lover of the genre or not It will run in 1080p and high quality with full fluidity with the configuration that we have indicated at the beginning.

2.-Mad Max
This is one of the most spectacular open-world type games we can enjoy with an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics, and without having to configure everything to the minimumas it works quite well in 720p with a mix of normal and low settings (between 30 and 40 FPS, depending on the area and intensity of the action).
It’s also one of my favorite games, especially because of how faithful it is to the movie franchise, how well thought out its gameplay is and the possibilities it offers both in terms of exploration and character and car development.
Minimum requirements:
- Windows 7 64-bit.
- Core i3 or AMD FX 4100 processor.
- 6 GB of RAM.
- GeForce GT 640 or Radeon HD 7730 graphics card.

3.-Metal Gear Rising Revengeance
This title puts us in the shoes of Raiden, one of the most popular characters of the well-known franchise created by Hideo Kojima, and launches a proposal totally far from the hard core of that one, since it abandons the stealth and focuses on a frenetic action experience pure and simple.
Although it’s a few years old now the truth is that it has aged very well, is accessible and challenging at the same time and runs very well with an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics in 720p and high quality.
Minimum requirements:
- Windows 7.
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Phenom II X4 955.
- 2 GB RAM.
- Intel HD 4000 integrated GPU. UHD 630 recommended.

4.-Guild Wars 2
One of the best MMORPG that we can find nowadays on PC, and one of the longest-lived since it hit the market in 2012 and here it is still, fresh as the first day thanks to the graphic improvements introduced by Arena Net during the last years.
Those graphics improvements have increased the requirements, but the truth is that Guild Wars 2 still runs well with an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics, especially if we play it in resolutions 720p or 1080p by adjusting the graphic quality.

5.-Fortnite
I think this is a game that needs no introduction. It was the one that sparked a real fever for the Battle Royale genreand which gave rise to a wave of titles with a similar approach that, however, were not able to match its enormous success.
It is a title that retains all its charm and that can offer us hours and hours of fun. It also has the advantage of being free and to offer a very good fluidity even with an integrated Intel HD 530 graphics, thanks to the integrated “performance” mode, which sets the game in very low quality.

6.-GTA V
Another of the great classics that could not miss in this selection. It has aged very well, it has an impressive story mode and a technical section so good that it is hard to believe that we are before a title of intergenerational transition from the PS3 and Xbox 360 era that later came to PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Thanks to that intergenerational transition title approach is deeply optimizedand we can play it with an integrated Intel HD 530 graphic in medium quality and 720p resolution with a more than acceptable fluidity.

7.-Genshin Impact
It is a title of open-world action role-playing game which stands out for having a very careful technical finish, and with an outstanding design and art direction. It is not a title for everyone, that is clear, but even if you do not like its anime aesthetics I encourage you to give it a chance, as it has a story mode that manages to hook the player, and has a truly unique gameplay.
We can move it in 1080p and low quality if we comply with the list of components given at the beginning of the article. The integrated Intel HD 530 graphics is capable of fairly stable averages of 30 to 40 FPS.

8.-Overwatch
One of the best multiplayer titles Blizzard has developed, and also one of the best optimized Fun, addictive and with a great variety of charismatic characters. It continues to have a legion of players and has been reduced in price on numerous occasions, which means that we can get it for less than 15 euros.
With the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics we will be able to play it at 1080p and low-medium quality while maintaining a good level of fluidity, as long as we reduce the rendering distance.

- 4 GB RAM.
- Intel UHD 630 integrated GPU.

9.-Battlefield V
This is one of those games that seems impossible that it will work with an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics, but it does, and the truth is that the experience is not bad, as we can get 30 FPS averages quite stable at 720p and low quality. However, it should be noted that in some areas the performance can go up, and can also go down a little.
If we adjust the resolution scale, we can multiply the performance exponentially, pbut the game will look increasingly blurry and this will ruin the experience. I don’t recommend going below 720p and low quality with 100% scaling, but if you need a little more fluidity you can try reducing it slightly to 90 or 80 percent.

10.-FIFA 22
The most recent installment of EA’s popular sports title is not at all demanding on the hardware, and this has an explanation, the American company has brought to PC an adaptation of the PS4 and Xbox One versioninstead of porting the version of the new generation consoles. This has a positive side, and that is that the game runs even on underpowered computers.
With the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics we can play the game on 1080p and low quality maintaining fairly stable 40 FPS averages.

11.-League of Legends
This is another of the titles so well known and famous that we could practically skip the introductions. For many it is the MOBA par excellence, and the truth is that Riot Games has managed to keep it at the top thanks to its commitment to renew graphics and gameplay without giving up the key pillars that made it great.
One of those pillars is optimization, and yes, League of Legends still runs well on an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics You will be able to play it in 1080p and maintain a good level of graphic quality.
Minimum requirements:

- First generation Core i3 or AMD FX-4100.
- 2 GB of RAM.
- Intel HD 4600 integrated GPU, recommended an Intel UHD 630.

12.-Wolfenstein The New Order
This game is a few years old now, but id Software’s implementation of the idTech 5 graphics engine was so good that it was still looks really good. As expected it is a clear commitment to frenetic action, and has a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended, especially if you are a fan of the franchise, as it is one of the best installments.
With the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics we can move it in 720 and low quality while maintaining more than 30 FPS quite stable. Not ideal, but you can play well with those settings.

13.-Sleeping Dogs
This is one of my favorite sandbox games, and one of the best optimized as it runs even on PCs with very limited graphics power Some define it as the Chinese GTAbut the truth is that it is not a simple clone of Rockstar’s masterpiece, it has its own personality and charm, and is highly recommended.
The integrated Intel HD 530 graphic will allow us to play it in 720p resolution at medium quality with no fluidity problems. If you have not tried it and you like the genre you should not miss it, it has a very good atmosphere, a very neat graphic finish, a well resolved gameplay and a well narrated story that manages to hook the player.

14.-Mirror’s Edge Catalyst
It was an exclusive title for the new generation of consoles, and PCs, and represents a major leap from the originalwhich obviously made its minimum and recommended requirements higher as well. In my opinion, it was a more than worthy successor to the first installment, and is one of the most original and attractive games in its genre.
With the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics we can move it in low quality and 720p resolution while maintaining averages between 25 and 30 FPS, depending on the graphic load of each area.

15.-Fallout 4
This has been one of the games I have spent the most hours playing in the last few years, and I still consider it my favorite post-apocalyptic open-world game. Graphically it represents a huge improvement over Fallout 3although to be able to play it in all its splendor a very powerful PC is needed.
If we have an integrated Intel HD 530 graphics card we can configure it at 720p with low quality and textures in between and enjoy a fairly good fluidity.

16.-DOOM 2016
This title generated a great expectation, not only because it took the DOOM franchise out of the fridge, but also because it meant the debut of the idTech 6 graphics engineone of the most powerful and best optimized of the last generation of consoles. Its graphic quality and art design are simply sublime, and it is true that it is a highly scalable game, but it requires us to meet a minimum level of power.
We can enjoy a smooth experience with the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics if we set it to low quality, 720p resolution and set the resolution scaling to 75%. It’s a very limiting setting, but it will allow us to play it with a stable performance.

17.-Diablo III
Many did not consider it a truly worthy successor to Diablo II, and the truth is that as a fan of the franchise I fully understand the arguments that were made against it, but in the end this does not change the fact that it is a game with an outstanding artistic design, a graphic quality that delivers without problems and a well resolved gameplay that will keep us hooked for a long, long time.
It is also a title not very demanding in terms of hardwareand this is always appreciated. If we have an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics we can play it in 1080p with medium quality and maintain a good fluidity.

18.-Batman Arkham City
It is one of the games that offers the best graphics for the real requirements it has, and this is very positive because it means that we will be able to run it well even with that modest Intel HD 530 integrated graphics. It will run at 720p and medium quality smoothly.
Batman Arkham City maintains the focus of Batman Arkham Asylum, but lit expands and enhances it by allowing us to explore a huge city. Highly recommended, and a must-have if you are a fan of the bat-man.

19.-Shadow Warrior
One of the most hooligan, unique and fun first-person shooter games I have ever had the opportunity to enjoy, and it is also one of the best optimized, as we can play it with total fluidity in 720p and low quality with an integrated Intel HD 530 graphics.
You can turn up the graphics quality a bit and opt for a mix of medium and low settings, but I think you would this title is all about speed and agility, and that it is better to leave everything on low to avoid problems when we find ourselves in combat against several enemies.

20.-Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered
The remaster of one of the most beloved games of Activision’s bélic action franchise received very positive reviews, not only for the execution and staging, but also for its excellent optimization. With the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics we will be able to play it in 720p and medium quality while maintaining a really good fluidity.
I’m not a fan of the franchise, but I must admit that this installment has been one of the few that I have come to like. If you are a lover of the saga and you think you can’t enjoy it because your PC doesn’t have a dedicated GPU you are clearly wrong.

21.-RAGE
I think this game was greatly misunderstood, and also that it was deeply affected by the huge  “hype” it generated at the time Standard bearer of the idTech 5 engine and megatexture technologyits debut was accidental, but the truth is that it is a real marvel, especially for the excellent atmosphere it has, and for the degree of detail of some of its locations. In this sense it stands out without a doubt the  “Dead City”.
Personally I find it even better than RAGE 2, a title that I think could have given much more of itself, and that really did not make me fall in love as the original did with its atmosphere and attention to detail. We can play it in 720p and with a good level of graphic quality without fluidity being a problem.

22.-Resident Evil HD RemasterÂ
The original was one of the best remakes everand the remastered edition added very attractive graphical enhancements that made its combination of 3D characters and pre-rendered scenery look better than ever.
Still one of the best survival horror gamesboth for design and graphic quality, and also for playability and optimization. The integrated Intel HD 530 graphics will allow us to play it in 720p and medium quality with fluidity. Highly recommended.

23.-Tomb Raider (2013)
It was the last installment of this well-known franchise that came to the market as a generational transition titlesince it had versions for Xbox 360 and PS3, and also for PS4, Xbox One and PC. This meant that its requirements on compatibles were not very high, and that it is feasible to play it with an integrated Intel HD 530 graphic.
If we reduce the resolution to 720p and the quality to  “medium-low” we will be able to play it without problems, something that is not possible to do with the most recent installments of the franchise, as they move at unacceptable levels.

24.-Project Cars
It was a title that generated a lot of expectation at the time for its graphic quality, and also for its commitment to realism in the driving experience it offered. With the passage of time it has been surpassed by other titles, but it is true that it remains one of the best in its class.
Despite its demands, the integrated Intel HD 530 graphic will allow us to play it in 720p and low quality with averages between 30 and 35 FPS, depending on the requirements of each situation.
Minimum requirements:
- Windows 7 or higher.
- Intel Core 2 Quad or AMD Phenom II X4 940.
- 4 GB RAM.
- GeForce GTX 260 or Radeon HD 5770 GPU.

25.-Metro Last Light
The second installment of the Metro franchise was released with improved graphics, but it kept all its key elements at the design level, and also at the playable level. It offers a unique experience also for the story it tells, and for the excellent narrative it adopts, with graphic elements that reinforce the thread. Highly recommended.
We can play it in 720p and medium quality, without tessellation, with the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics while maintaining good fluidity, but keep in mind that outdoors performance can drop quite a bit at certain times.

26.-DiRT 4
It’s not quite up to the level of DiRT 5 in graphics quality, but it has aged quite well and still offers a great experience very fun and affordable. It has the advantage of being, in addition, much less demanding than the last installment.
With the integrated Intel HD 530 graphics we will be able to play it at 720p with a mix of medium and low settings and move in the range of the 40 FPS quite stably.

27.-Ninja Gaiden Master Collection
The re-release of the well-known KOEI Tecmo saga arrived on PC shrouded in deep controversy because, in the end, the adaptation was almost straightforward, and improvements were conspicuous by their absence. In spite of everything, this pack is a real candy for fans of the saga, and also for lovers of action and ninjas.
It runs well on an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics, especially if we stay at 720p resolution. The first installment is the least demanding, so keep that in mind, as the second and third ones do not perform as well, although they can be played without problems.

28.-Street Fighter V
The most recent installment of Capcom’s popular fighting franchise was an obvious leap in graphical quality over Street Fighter IV, but this came at the cost of a noticeable increase in requirements. This game runs great with an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics card, so I take this opportunity to recommend it as an alternative in case you are not convinced by the performance of Street Fighter V with this GPU.
To make the experience playable with the Intel HD 530 integrated GPU we have to run it in 720p and low quality.

29.-The King of Fighters XIV
An excellent fighting game. It has been surpassed by The King of Fighters XV, and in every way, but the latter doesn’t run well on an Intel HD 530 integrated graphics cardso I prefer to recommend you directly the previous installment which, all said, is not aging badly at all.
With such an integrated GPU we can move it in 720p and medium quality without fluidity being a problem.

- 4 GB RAM.
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 400, Intel HD 4400 or Radeon HD 5000 graphics card.

30.-Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
This is the last installment, to date, of one of the most popular and beloved franchises in the history of video games. It was also a title of intergenerational transition, and this is also noticeable in the optimization of the game, as it runs well on a modest Intel HD 530 integrated graphic despite the good graphic finish it offers.
We can play it in 720p with low quality and maintain more than 30 FPS stable. If we raise the quality to medium level the fluidity will not be acceptable.
