– Update iPhone software: It is common that AirPods cannot be paired with the mobile phone because it is outdated. It is advisable to have the latest version of iOS, to update go to “Settings” – “General” and select “Software Update”.

– Use the case: A simple trick is to place the AirPods in their case and let them charge for approximately 30 seconds.

Then, open the cover of the case near the iPhone or iPad you are going to pair and wait for the AirPods message to appear on the device’s screen. Place the earbuds in your ears and play music or a video to confirm that the audio is working again.

– Reset AirPods: If the previous step does not work, proceed to reset the AirPods. Place the headphones in their case with the lid closed, wait 30 seconds and open the lid to connect the headphones to your iPhone or iPad.
