Google Workspace is the set of productivity tools formerly known as G Suite and that recently, Google has decided to open to everyone. In a nutshell, it is a workspace which integrates Gmail, Google Docs, Google Meet, all Google Drive office apps, Cloudsearch for intelligent content search, Calendar, Google Meet and Chat, Sites, Google Keep, Jamboard, Apps Script, Vault and Connection Point, from where it is possible to manage all the devices that are part of an organization. Until now it was a free tool, but from May 1, it will be a paid feature.
Google Workspace will become a paid tool as of May 1st
After announcing at the end of 2020 that it would end the free unlimited storage on Google Photos, now the company will also start charging for Workspace. The fees for this service will range from $6 to $18 per month, depending on the program chosen by the user. In the cheapest program, Google offers 30 gigabytes of cloud storage and the ability to make video calls with up to 100 participants.

-Microsoft 365: With various rates ranging from €4.20 per month to €16.90, and with the possibility of testing the system for free for one month, Microsoft 365 is one of the most solvent alternatives. The company offers 1 TB of cloud storage, video calls with up to 300 assistants and access to various office tools.
-Zoho: From 0,90 euros per month you can get Zoho’s email service with 5 gigabytes of storage, a system for sharing documents in folders and calendars and agendas group calendars. It also includes video conferencing tools, editing software and other communication features. Zoho offers other higher-priced tariffs with other features and more cloud storage capacity.
-Rackspace: This US company offers corporate email hosting services for a monthly fee ranging from $2.99 to $3.99. It allows you to try its tools for free for 14 days, and has special packages to expand storage capacity by 30 gigabytes.
