After the OnlyFans platform announced that it will ban the posting of sexually explicit content, it has now released a set of new rules that content creators will need to keep in mind in order to continue to have their accounts active without problems regarding the nature of their content.
OnlyFans allows you to subscribe to profiles that post exclusive, largely sex-related content
The modification in the terms and conditions of OnlyFans will come into effect on October 1st and thanks to the new terms of service users who observe them will be able to continue using this platform without risk of account termination.
As of October 1 OnlyFans will cancel accounts that post content that depicts, advertises, or promotes “sexually explicit conduct.”which includes real or simulated sexual acts between persons of either sex, real or simulated masturbation, exhibition of the genitals or of fluids (real or simulated) of those produced by the practice of sexual acts.
At the same time, the ban on publications containing deepfakes or in which drugs or their consumption appear, in addition to any graphic display of violence is maintained. The publication of nudity will be allowed, even photographs or videos in which only parts of the body can be seen, as long as they are not close-ups completely focused on very explicit parts.
Any contravention of these rules may result not only in the suspension of the account or even its cancellation, but even blocking access to earnings perceived by content creators.
Any content already posted that contravenes these new rules regarding the sexually explicit nature of the content must be deleted from OnlyFans by December 1, 2021 or, in some cases, by possible earlier deadlines that may be set by the platform on a case-by-case basis to content creators.
