Many of them are not treated with new technology or do not know how to make video calls with an app. For this reason, the campaign “A letter to grandfather” was started, which was organized by the NGO Adopta un abuelo, founded in 2016 and has set up a system for sending letters so that many elderly people who spend Christmas alone receive the words the affection of other people.
It only takes a few minutes to send a few words of encouragement to an elderly person who will be spending this vacation alone. All you need to do is access that address and write some kind of email to an elderly person. It is sufficient to give your first and last name and give our email address. From there we have to write the letter that we would like to send to this “adopted grandfather” for Christmas. You can also make a financial donation if you wish.
