You will always find the most reliable information on the Enaire website, the Spanish public company that is in charge of airspace management. At https://drones.enaire.es you will find an updated map depending on the license you have (recreational or professional) to fly the drone, as well as updated legal information.
You will be able to navigate the map and zoom in or out to better see the area in which you want to know if the drone can be flown or not. It is also possible to use an accurate search engine, where by including your address you can see if the area you are in can fly a drone or not.

Dronecast

This is a paid app that allows you to check at any time if there are restrictions on drone flights in the area where you are or in any other location that interests you.
It also provides information on weather conditions. It is available for iPhone and iPad.
