– Launch Google Photos.

– Enable the slider to enable “Backup and sync”.

– To achieve manual synchronization, select an image and click on the three dots menu to open more options.

– While inside the menu, tap on “Backup now”.

– To backup several photos at the same time, click on the menu and click on “Select”.

– When you have all the images and videos that will be part of the backup, click on “Back up now”.
