It is a failure that affects, above all, Windows computers, and that is unpredictable. Sometimes, the computer processes are saturated and then, the computer screen is frozen and the work cannot be continued: neither the mouse works nor can any other task be done.
When this occurs, instead of turning off the computer and turning it on again, thus forcing a complete restart – which can lead you to lose part of the work you were doing if you had not saved the session – you can use a combination of keys that can solve the problem.
