Google Data Studio is a Google tool that helps users run custom reports and detailed and eye-catching dashboards with data collected by other tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, as well as other third-party tools.

How is Google Data Studio used?
The first thing you will do is access the tool through a Google account, which is linked to Google Data Studio.
You can then create a report from scratch or Use one of the templates already created. With this in mind, the tool is very easy to use even when selecting a blank canvas.
The next step is to set up a number of information sources from which the information can be gathered. More than one source can be selected in this step for the most detailed and comprehensive report possible. Google Data Studio links with more than 30 tools from which data and information are obtained.
From here, the tool offers a number of options at the top of the screen, from adding tables to bar charts, pie charts, or graphs of all kinds. You can also add filters with specific dates or dates, and incorporate data from multiple companies into a single report.
