Crunchyroll Game Vault is a new video game section launched by Crunchyroll, the popular streaming platform for content based on manga.
This is a section similar to that of the Netflix games section, although all the titles included in Crunchyroll Game Vault are based on anime, so as not to break with the thematic proposal of the service.
How to Access Crunchyroll Game Vault
Game Vault is available for Android and iOS mobiles in more than 200 countries. To access Crunchyroll Game Vault games you must have a Crunchyroll Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan subscription.
The price of the Premium Mega Fan plan costs 6.49 euros per month. For its part, the Ultimate Fan subscription (not available in Spain) costs $14.99 per month in the countries in which it is present.
Once subscribed, you just have to follow the following steps to start playing:
– Enter Crunchyroll and log in with your data
– Go to the “Game Vault” section
– Choose the game of your choice to download it and start a game
Games available in Crunchyroll Game Vault
Crunchyroll has just launched the Game Vault service, so supply is limited at the moment. The company has announced that it will expand the catalog periodically, although currently there are only five video games available. They are the following:
– Inbento: This is a puzzle game that is based on the world of haute cuisine. Your mission will be to prepare various dishes and arrange the tables and lunch boxes while you unlock the story of the title, which revolves around a plot of fatherhood and family starring kittens.
– Behind the Frame – The Finest Scenery: It is a title full of dialogue and drama, since it is a visual novel that will tell you the story of a student who wants to be an artist. Part of the gameplay is solving puzzles and painting.
– Wolfstride: an RPG video game in which you will play a robot that must survive in a combat ring. You have to complete various types of challenges to earn money and credits to make the robot more competitive. The aesthetics and artistic section of the game are inspired by Evangelion.
– River City Girls: This game stands out for its action mechanics and intense combat because it is of the Beat-Em-Up genre. You will have to fight Misako and Kyoko in River City so they can return to their boyfriends.
– Captain Velvet Meteor – The Jump+ Dimensions: We come to an action video game that combines mechanics typical of tactical titles. You must think carefully about each move to avoid being defeated, the goal of the game is to defeat the reigning evil force.
